No featured offer
This question is about the featured offer eligibility.I am sitting on listings for two months and am still not eligible for buybox.My metrics are 100% ok and still am not eligible for the featured offer.There are sellers with less positive feedback than me and prices higher than mine but still they are getting the buybox.not just one ASIN is affected but all of my listings are with no featured offer eligibility.I have seen a seller with zero rating which is a completely new seller getting the buybox. while doing FBM.I am not listed on this ASIN .I am just providing it as an example.The ASIN is

This seller is completely new and is showing buybox but why not me on my listings .He is a completely new seller and still eligible I have contacted the seller support but got wrong and generic answers only from them (case ID:16568044891) There is some issue from amazons side so please fix it because according to amazons eligibility criteria I should be eligible for the featured offer not this seller.Please don't give me generic answers as I know them already give me a proper solution.
