Brand registry under review
Hello, my brand registry application its been under review for a few days now.
I contacted seller support and an email was sent by Bhanu Prakash. the email was not helpful .
1, he sent a link to communicate but it not working ( says case not valid)
2. he did not respond to what i asked.
The problem i have is my application says "under review" but when i click on the case Id sends me to "case answered"
And that doesnt let me re apply again
i would like to either this be rejected so i can reapply again or obviously would love to be approved
needing help please!

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I was able to find your application case ID and unfortunately, it looks like you closed the case using the 'Close this Case' button about 6 hours after you applied.
I have submitted a request to have your application declined so that you can reapply.
On another note, when reviewing you application, the images you attached do not display the brand name permanently affixed to the product. There is a good chance that if you submit the exact same application, it will get declined. Please review the Brand Registry application process, specifically the section titled "Product image requirements." This will help with your next submission.
I will provide an update here once I hear back that your application was declined. Please note, this process typically takes around 7 business days to complete.
