Why customers are opening claims easily now

Why customers are opening claims easily now when they don't receive items for FBM orders. Now I see non one contacting us but open claims.  I'm having an issue with an Amazon delivery guy stealing my outgoing packages for UPS or USPS pick up. My metric hit badly to just having 2 claims bc I'm low value seller

Thank you for the information provided regarding the claims that impacting your metrics. I understand it is due to delivery issues that resulted in the packages not being delivered to the customers.

You mention that these packages may have been stolen, have you attempted to investigate this further? We would advise you to provide as much information as you can regarding the orders and evidence that you have of them being taken.

Have you verified that all of the information associated to the orders is as it should be? Be sure to verify that it was shipped, scanned, and delivered as normal. If you have verified this information, you may want to consider disputing the claims. Be sure to check out the attached resource for more information on this.

As for the impact to your metrics, A-Z claims will cause the order defect rate to raise above the target of 1%. This may cause the 'at-risk' banner to appear on your account, but if there is no performance notification requesting information, then you are not required to take action. The impact to your metric will stay for 60 days before falling out of the time window.

We recommend monitoring your account for any additional action that may be needed. If you do have updates or questions, continue to refer here for support.

Best,

Atlas

Because there are reddit posts on how to get free stuff from sellers using this INR method.

Always use AMZ shipping so that you are covered and can file safe-t claims if need be.
