Not receiveing OTP when i'm trying to update bank informations
Hello Guys,
I changed my business name yesterday and i wanted also to change my business bank informations but after that i had a problem with the OTP when i'm trying to change my bank informations, i had this message : There was a problem, Please wait at least one minute before requesting another OTP. So now i'm blocked and as a a consequence i can't change my bank's informations.
Can you help me on that sense please?

It sounds like a systems issue. Just wait a few minutes (could be a hour or two) before trying again as Amazon instructed.

We had this problem all weekend/beginning of this week. Sunday/Monday/most of yesterday, we had to request AMZ call us w/ the 6-digit OTP(part of the menu).
My husband googled Amazon: Help w/ Log-in and Passwords(there's an 855 number but ever-vigilant BOTS will remove this post if I share). I spoke to a human, apparently working remotely-heard dogs and kids- who expedited my request to tech support.
Until last night(Wed.), requested a phone call which worked 99% of the time. Last night, started receiving the text automatically!
Don't know why this occurs but sympathize-heart-stopping!! If have a Stamps acct for USPS/UPS pre-paid labels and can't get into your seller account long-term, a small/utilitarian packing slip is provided at request-w/ name of buyer/ merchandise/price.
