Walmart's seller support vs Amazon seller support

Why is walmart's seller support so much better? Their staffs are 1. easy to find 2. understood what you told them and responded accordingly(most are native english speakers) 3. able to solve all your problem fast and accurately.

Walmart seller portal is still a mess, but their seller supports are surprisingly well trained and always get to the point. I have never stuck on a case with walmart's seller support or hit a dead end, That's something I always expect a multi billion corp like Amazon would offer

Dealt with Amazon seller support for nearly 10 years, the experience has never pleasant, most of them don't understand bare minimum English. these days they just copy/paste the same template without read the case itself. A simple case always hit a dead end or get 4-5 message exchange before it delivered to the right team

Any chance Amazon would learn from Walmart to finally overhaul their seller support??

I don't agree 100%. They still send you in circles to find a solution and aren't very forthright with information.
