Account representative - Prelude
Hi all, I am still relatively "new" in my Amazon journey. We started it about 6 months ago. We are a Brand Owner and are part of the Brand Registry. I had been figuring things out on my own but then, much to my surprise, I was contacted by someone from Prelude who said they'd be my "account representative". I had 2 calls with this person and they seemed to be a good resource when I had questions or needed someone to talk me through something complicated. I recently reached out and was told "our services ended in Dec 2023" (which I was not aware I was on a timeline!). So....what now....do I get assigned another representative? Is there a sales benchmark you have to meet to be assigned to someone?
