We have been trying to list two new products for the better part of two years. It has been an ongoing issue that we have constantly been going to Seller Support, Vendor Support, and even various internal departments for assistance with.

We first attempted to list both products via BTR on Vendor, and neither were accepted due to product category restrictions (both products are in the snacks, trail mixes category). When attempting to list on Seller, we receive an error message that there is already a relationship with the brand on Vendor- which is us! Constant back and forth with cases looking for answers, every time they come back with "We may place restrictions to ensure that the products sold in our store are safe, authentic, or meet local and regional regulations. For certain restrictions, we require you to apply through Seller Central for review. If your request is approved, you'll be able to list the product. However, we may not accept applications for every product that we place selling restrictions on." However, when we go to request approval, we are routed to the

"We are not accepting applications to sell:

-Other category in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

-Other product(s)" page.

Unsure why these products would be restricted as they are comparable to hundreds of other trail mix type snacks in the category, contain no restricted ingredients, and could never have received customer complaints as we have never been able to sell them. Our account has perfect health ratings, but seems to have been gated. We have involved pq-brand-remedy, without success. Any help in getting this issue finally resolved would be VERY MUCH appreciated!
