Hand Serum wrongly flagged as skin whitening/brightening product
ASIN B0CY2CGB5V was deleted by Amazon, because this product is flagged as the skin whitening and brightening product and ask me to submit the documents. This is not the skin whitening product and we do not have the required documents. I also appealed and the Amazon team still flagged the product as the whitening product and ask me to submit the documents. There is no single whitening related words in my product description pages as well as the images. Same product was deleted twice, and I don't know the reason. Is anyone have any idea of the inhibited whitening words list? Or because of the before after images? The hand is too soft and a little bright? Is AI that smart?

Hi @IZAVELL,
Thanks for the post. Including a quick read on skin whitening.
Skin lightening and whitening products covered by this policy.
Skin lightening and whitening products work by reducing melanin in the skin. These products include, for example, bleaching creams, whiteners, skin brighteners, and fading creams.
Please note that some skin lightening and whitening products have been found to contain mercury. Exposure to mercury can have serious health consequences. Amazon prohibits all skin care products that contain mercury or its equivalents, including but not limited to mercuric, mercuric amidochloride, mercury oxide, mercury salts, mercurous chloride, mercurio, calomel, cinnabaris, hydrargyri oxydum rubrum, or quicksilver.
If your product does not meet this policy as it is supposed to be an hand serum, you may continue to appeal to the team by submitting photos of your product (all sides of the product inside and outside of it's packaging and the ingredients list). You should also review your detail page to ensure it's also not out of compliance.
If you need to make any edits to the detail page or the product packaging, please ensure you are adhering to the product detail page rules.
Best regards,

I just got one of these notices for a product that does not make any claims about skin lightening also. I guess Amazon is reducing the competition for one of their own products.
These fake compliance issues are just Amazon screwing sellers once again.
