Client claims he never received an item - but the tracking number says it was delivered
Amazon insists we provide tracking numbers, blah blah.
However, even with the numbers, the clients lie and say never received the item and requested a refund.
So why bother having tracking numbers?? - Amazon will issue a refund anyway.

Well, if you read the help files, what they insist is that you provide signature confirmation with tracking.
Not always, if they weren't home, and you didn't instruct the carrier to get a signature at a pickup counter, the package could have been stolen.
So that the customer knows when their item will be received
Not if you got a signature confirmation!
