Account healthy again after ODR was above 1%, But still no buy box

Hello,

Previously, Our ODR went up to more than 1% due to which we lost all the buy boxes, now our account is back to 0.55% order defect rate which is below the 1% mark, but still we are not getting any buy box back. Can someone help us please

Just because it's under the 1% doesn't mean you will automatically get the buy box back. I know that's the threshold, but there are more factors that determine buy box that Amazon won't disclose.

Hi so I had some issues with my account about a month ago. We take responsibility for most of the issues we faced but we have worked very hard to get our metrics back under the 1% rate for the past 60 days. We have endured many days with zero sales and we have lost all BB eligibility as well as our ability to run ads. We have changed our shipping processes to improve service and we now have a plan in place to make sure we give customer the best service. That bieng said I now have a healthy account but i need my BB eligibility back and I need to be able to advertise. If we cannot make sales how can improve and prove that we have made the changes necessary? I need help from a mod please to look into our account and see if we can get assistance from someone at Amazon so that we can get back to selling. It seems our account is still bieng throttled and we cant continue this much longer.
