Cancelled buyer FBM order by mistake ! How can I rectify and resend order?

I am a new FBM seller was trying to modify transit time but instead accidentally cancel order! :(

Can I contact the buyer about the mistake? Amazon customer service is no help and can barely understand their accent. Please help I do not want to get account problems. Its crazy that there is no way to fix this???

  2. If the buyer is still interested, you can advise them to place a new order. You might consider offering a small discount or free expedited shipping as a goodwill gesture.
  3. For future reference, be extra cautious when modifying orders. The "Cancel Order" and "Change Shipping Speed" options are close to each other in the menu, which can lead to misclicks.
  4. To avoid similar issues, familiarize yourself with the order management interface in Seller Central. Consider watching Amazon's tutorial videos or reviewing their help pages on order management.
