A product that was sold normally turned into a defective product overnight and needed to be removed.
I am in urgent need of help. My new product has been on sale in the warehouse normally since it was put on the shelves. Until the order was placed yesterday, today it shows that the product is defective, and even the variants that have not been ordered have become unsellable. I need all Removed, I applied to investigate the reason, but the customer service replied that I could not investigate. I suspect this was a misjudgment or someone maliciously hacked my link. Is there any solution other than removing the inventory?
