Customer requested that we cancel their order then left negative feedback for cancelling their order.
A customer provided negative feedback on our store for having cancelled their order after they had specifically requested that we cancel their order. Would this not constitute as abuse?

Thank you for using the Forums. I understand you contacted to request feedback removal for a cancelled order; however, I have closely looked into recent cases and found that the case you opened, was opened incorrectly.
Feedback removal requests can only be done using our Feedback manager. Please follow the steps outlined here: Request removal of feedback.
