Delivered product status showing lost & damage or sometime late shipment.

I am seller on amazon from 4,5 years. But from last 4,5 month I am facing an issue with delivered product. I always deliver product on timely because of digital delivery of product. But I don't know why Amazon is showing buyers product status like "LOST & DAMAGE" sometime " RUNNING LATE" . As the products are digital delivery. Please help me with this. Because buyer using the product because of digital delivery and after using the product just because of lost & damage option buyer raised request for refund and also submitting negative feedback. Kindly help me on urgent basis.
