Customer ordered a used product from us. The condition of the item was listed as used and the order details show that the product is used. The customer returned the item saying they ordered a new product not a used product and left a negative review saying the same thing. I tried using the feedback removal option but it did not work. I talked to seller support and they said they could not remove it. Can someone please help me with this!!! I don't think it's fair that the customer gets to just lie and hurt our metrics.

I reviewed the Case 14819382241 and then the Order. I am unable to raise an escalation appeal. As was noted in your case, the feedback was not in violation of our guidelines. The buyer said it it smelled of coffee that the previous owner had used.
