New seller account deactivated
Hello guys, here's the thing. I created a new account due to losing access to the old account. The old account was an individual account and the new account is a professional account. 3 days later the new account was deactivated due to multiple accounts. Below are the emails:
- Old account e-mail from 01/05/2023: (no sales were fullfilled at this account)

So, I created the first account in 2022, but I never sold anything on it. I just listed a few products and lost access. In the appeal I informed that this account is mine but that I lost access to it and that I would like it to be reactivated so that it could be deleted after the new account was also reactivated. There was a compliance violation and I have already deleted all the products listed. The account is in green health again. Any chance of me being able to restore the old account and then delete it and reactivate the new account too or can I lose hope of that happening?

It doesn't matter if you sold 0 or $10,000,000.
You are allowed (theoretically) only ONE seller account per lifetime.
You need to fix whatever problem you had with that first account to even stand a chance of having an account here.
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

Hi there @Seller_r2NVunAABWzYz,
I hope this finds you well! Thank you so much for your patience as the moderating team and I work to reply to your thread.
I understand you have questions regarding your account when it comes to the seller code of conduct and multiple accounts policy.

Why is this happening?
You have a separate account ThibesLive which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the Mr World Connections Selling account to sell on Amazon.com.
All sellers are expected to only maintain a single selling account unless there is a legitimate business need for multiple accounts, such as selling a different brand or being recruited for an Amazon-sponsored program which requires the creation of a new selling account. In any instance where this is permitted, it is mandatory that all accounts remain in an active, good standing at all times in order to avoid the subsequent deactivation of all accounts. Once this has occurred, it is pertinent that you first address the account which was suspended first.
You will want to provide a screenshot of the reactivation notification or of the account's active status via Seller Central and submit this through the reactivate account button on the Account Health page of your current account.
What information have you already submitted? Did you receive confirmation that the other account is, indeed, reactivated?
All the best,
Stevie.
