I received a $5691.69 charge from Amazon under the "others" transaction type
Amazon charged my account a hefty amount of $5691.69 as Others without giving any explanation of this transaction. I have opened multiple cases to get an explanation about this transaction but seems like they don't want to answer me. They transferred the case After 6 days no response. My Case ID# 15542385941.
Could anyone help me with that? How could I know the details of the transaction?

usually, for me, they found inventory they previously reimbursed me for, so they took their money back.
If you go into your Payments/Reports Repository/Transaction View, you should be able to click on the dollar amount for more detail on the charge.

Check your transaction view under your disbursement area. A friend of mine had ridiculous charges taken by FEDEX and her account was similar to what you're describing. It may be Fedex charges which are seriously ridiculous. For example, $215 to ship a 20lb box 3 hours away but when she printed the shipping label the original charge was only $12.00. She then got a lots of "adjustments" charging the difference, Check your "transaction view" in the payments and disbursement area. You may see a similar issue. Nothing fixed for her yet but maybe it will explain the negative amount so you can get help.

Every statement period, we will have the other charges indicated. However, we cannot find these charges in the "other" transactions when we search for them. We have never used FBA. Can anyone explain why this charge is showing up and why it is not visible in the transactions?

We got hit with approximately $4,000 on "other" a little over a year ago. No way to find out why under transaction view and Amazon ignored our cases and contacts. They just take your money and you have to choke on it in order to stay here.
