Seller paymante invoices exemption to Amazon
Hello everyone, I would love to know if is possible to make an exemption of the monthly seller amazon professional invoice, because some of my ASIN are retained, there is already pass 15 days and i have not got any reply about them. Reason thats why i have not send anything else to Amazon Fullfilment, so basically I am not selling nothing until I got a reply about where are my products that they have.
Any information will be very helpful, thanks in advance.

Also, were you able to resolve the retained ASIN's situation?
