Client Requested a Refund but she recieved the item
I had a client order 5 units from me. I sent out 3 packages, 2 packages with 2 units and 1 package with 1 unit. She received 2 packages with 2 units and then she claimed a refund for the last package with 1 item. Amazon gave her the refund without hesitation. The problem is the package was still on route to her since it has only been a day since she received the first 2 packages.
She then proceeded to leave a negative feedback and now my account is at risk. I replied to her feedback saying her package was getting to her the next day. She had access to the tracking of all 3 packages and I also told her to send me a message and I'll send her the tracking.
She received her package got a refund for something she's currently using. How can I put a claim on this so that I receive my money back?
