Brand Approval Problem - Rejected Repeatedly Despite Meeting Requirements

I'm trying to sell canvas prints from my connected Printful account. I've submitted photos four times of a sample canvas and the box it arrived in from multiple angles that meet all requirements, but I continue to get rejected for brand approval. I repeatedly get an email stating "The provided images do not pass the validation. In order for us to further look into the issue, provide the necessary images that satisfy the below criteria: - Branding is permanently affixed on the packaging, the product, or both." However, the photos clearly show the branding is permanently attached via a sticker printed and affixed to the packaging. In fact, the brand is clearly printed on stickers in two places on the packaging- one placed by Printful upon packing after manufacture and the other by FedEx when the package was shipped to me. The FedEx sticker is a little faded- it came that way. I'm guessing it got wet in transport. I've been trying to sort this out for a couple of months now and I can't afford to keep paying the seller fee with no profit. Is it possible that the faded FedEx sticker is the problem? Should I order another sample to photograph or just give up? I don't want to sell under "Generic", as I don't think that will be profitable. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think that "a sticker printed and affixed to the packaging" counts as permanent, as stickers can be removed. My understanding is that the branding must be permanent as in printed/etched/molded onto the item or packaging.

Hi @Seller_M5KNjosHC5tJe

My name is Sandy from the Community manager team.

@Seller_wC0YseOohUrlJ touched what I wanted to mention, but a sticker on a product is not consider being permanently affixed.

The following Seller University videos provides necessary details on how to ensure a product name is permanently affixed in accordance with Brand Registry eligibility requirements.

I hope this helps!

If you have additional questions please let me know.

Sandy
