Product now listed as defective?
There was a backend error which needed to be resolved. My product was inactive for two weeks and my inventory was moved to stranded. Now my product is reinstated but my product is listed as defective? Anyone have any experience with this?
The support lady recommended I have everything shipped back to me and resent to Amazon.
1. Is this normal procedure?
2. Im afraid im going to get back all my products ruined or damaged.
