Hi @Seller_EOk0ttPYWaO66,
Thank you for reaching out about this!
In order for your proof of ownership to be accepted, the document must be the original invoice from the supplier or manufacturer and must include the following information:
- The date of purchase/packing
- Product name
- Quantity
- A signed packing slip if you are the manufacturer with the shipment or purchase order ID
- An invoice from a supplier including the full name and address of the invoice issuer and of the purchaser
You also may be asked to include a proof of delivery. For LTL or FTL shipments, this will be the bill of lading. This should include:
- The number of boxes in the shipment
- The total weight when picked up by the carrier
- An Amazon stamp confirming the shipment was received and signed for at the fulfillment center
For more information on this investigation process, I would recommend reading through the following resources:
Now that said, if you're certain that you're submitting the proper documents with all the required information yet are still not being accepted, please send me your case IDs for this. I'd be happy to take a further look into those correspondences to see how I can further assist.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
All the best,
Jameson

In addition to what @Jameson_Amazon has stated, double check and be sure the invoice you are providing matches the info on the seller account EXACTLY.
ALSO is your invoice from an authorized wholesale distributor? If not it will likely be rejected for that reason.
Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'. Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?
If it is NOT exactly the same you will need to show some proof that the two are the same.
Since I buy all my inventory through ONE LLC, I had to submit my LLC State Registration with MY name as the owner of the LLC since my Amazon account is under a different LLC name.
