Amazon Seller Support Its a Joke ! - FCC ID Provided and Listing Still Inactive since 14 December
Can a real support specialist help me on this ???
The problem with FCC ID ... Case ID 16839790131
To proove to the support team that I did all they indicated for the listing of this item to be activated again.
- Provided the FCC ID in the listing also provided print screen to the support theam
- Provided the link from the FCC official website - also provided this to the support team
Then I got this reply back :
What actions do I need to take?
To reactivate your ASINs, remove the prohibited content indicated below from your product detail page or provide additional evidence of compliance:

Recommended changes to be done: Thank you for your request. This product has been identified as a radio frequency (RF) device that requires an FCC ID. After I called the health support team , they told me to come up with more proof on this , so I added the following things in the case reply
- Letter of Agency from the producer to the FCC
- Test reports provided to FCC from the testing company
- Measurement Report
In short all the documents that got approved by FCC !
From the Amazon team I got like 35 respones with the same thing .. Recommended changes to be done: kindly provide the FCC ID in attribute
Called again health support and asked them if they can see my FCC ID in my listing they said yes ..I think the seller support team are making jokes on me with this recommended changes that they want to be done ...
I have send them several print screens , replied back to their emails and nothing !
Can someone from Amazon help me with this please ?
