Policy Violation Warning, I need help
Good afternoon, today I received my first policy violation warning after few weeks selling and I’m a bit lost on what to do next.
This is the notification:

Amazon has told you exactly what the violation was and how it violated policy.
Selling partners may not include information on the product detail pages related to:
-- Promotional pricing and discounts.
-- Use of keywords irrelevant to seller products.
-- Claims referencing other seller products.
-- Claims related to refunds, returns, or shipping.
We can't look at the PDP since Amazon removed it so you'll have to figure out what exactly you wrote that violates policy. Read through the Product Details Page Rules link they sent you.
Click the violation indicated on your Account Health Dashboard. What you need to do should be spelled out there. What does it say when you click it?

I understand you have received a policy violation for the ASIN Creation and Listing policies. I would like to provide clarification on the policy as well as get some clarification from you on this specific situation.
As you understand, the product detail page is where your customers learn about your products. Often times, this is the selling point for many customers as they base their decision on the information and specifications you have provided about your items.
In general, you will need to:
- Comply with any relevant style guides and refrain from using HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
- Exclude inappropriate content such as obscene or offensive materials, links or contact information, plot spoilers, reviews or requests for reviews, and advertising.
- Accurately categorize and describe your products.
- Refrain from creating duplicate pages for a product that already has a detail page.
- Create new detail pages for new products or versions.
- Only create valid “variations” that relate to the primary product. For more details, please see the Variations Policy.
Furthermore, none of the following are allowed in product detail page titles, descriptions, bullet points, or images:
- Pornographic, obscene, or offensive content.
- Phone numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses, or website URLs.
- Details of availability, price, or condition.
- Use Capital Letters only for the beginning of each word. Do not use all Capital Letters throughout the attribute. This applies for Product Title, Bullet Points and/or Product Description.
- Links to other websites for placing orders, or alternative shipping offers, such as free shipping.
- Spoilers on Books, Music, and Video or DVD (BMVD) listings. This includes giving away plot details crucial to the suspense or surprise ending of a story.
- Reviews, quotes, or testimonials.
- Requests for positive customer reviews.
- Adverts, promotional material, or watermarks on images, photos, or videos.
- Time-sensitive information, such as dates of tours, seminars, or lectures.
Selling partners may not include information on the product detail pages related to:
-- Promotional pricing and discounts.
-- Use of keywords irrelevant to seller products.
-- Claims referencing other seller products.
-- Claims related to refunds, returns, or shipping.
I would like to highlight the information @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ and @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp have provided. I appreciate them providing screenshots in order to help you navigate here.
Of the three options presented to you within that performance notification, which is most relevant to your situation? Are you the listing creator? If so, what process does your business utilize in determining what information is included on your listings?
I look forward to your reply,
Stevie
