Return Dispute
So I had a customer that returned a 7 DVD Box set keeping the DVDs and putting all different DVDs in place. Of course Amazon already refunded them. Which I wish they would not do until I've had a chance to examine the return. I did put in a dispute. Was wondering how this is usually handled will they charge back the customer the money they refunded? I don't know why Amazon submits a refund before I even get the return back. It's very irritating.

" I did put in a dispute."
You will need to offer a tad more detail.
Did you open a Safe-T-Claim?
"...how this is usually handled..."
Usually, if a Safe-T-Claim, Amazon will award you with return shipping label cost.
or inform you that your order qualified for "free returns" an tell you to go away.

If you filed a safe-t claim for materially different and sent proof, you may have a chance of getting the money back.

So an update. Amazon tells me they need more information. The Tracking, SKU, Order number picture of what I received. Sent them all that. They reply I didn't respond so they closed the case. You can go through the history and see where I sent it. So I sent it all a 2nd time. We'll see what happens. Not getting my hopes up.

Well I give up. Amazon sent me this crap

Have an amazing day!
I did not authorize any refund. The customer was already given a refund before I even received the package back and I have no e-mail from the customer asking me for a refund. They said nothing about all the proof I sent them that they sent back a random DVDs not the Movie set they ordered. At least I know not to bother next time. Guess Amazon supports thieves over sellers.
