Item Purchase Option not typical??
To search my items search 'Grof Tools' and they will come up. When I go to purchase one of my items through my wife's account or work computer, there is no 'buy it now' option? Why is this? I tried opening a case, but Amazon confirmed that the item can be purchased - just not in a traditional sense. What is going on?

Your product is available for customers to buy. The reason you don't have the "buy it now" is because your product isn't featured. It could be because of the high pricing. Check with seller support once again and ask about the featured offer. do some seller central learning on it.

Michelle at Amazon here. I understand you do not have a 'buy it now' option on the detail page. With new listings, it can take a while for you to become the featured merchant and have a buy box on the detail page. You can learn more about becoming the featured merchant here.
