Reversing refund issued
Refund was issued because buyer claimed not received. Later, the item was delivered.
Instead of returning the item, buyer wished to keep the item and asked to cancel the refund.
However, as seller, I do not have an option to reverse previously issued refund.
Buyer even said buyer reached out to Amazon but nothing happened.

You can just have the buyer put through a new order and then apply your old tracking number to the order. It might screw up your VTR or on time delivery rate, but who cares, at least it's done without the intervention of Amazon.

Hello @Seller_dHLRO8A3YHptO
Thank you for contacting Amazon forums, this is Lucre, and I'll be happy to assist.
I understand you're contacting to reverse a refund already given to a buyer who decided to keep the product.
I see you have been in contact with the buyer through the buyer-seller messaging system requesting confirmation of them contacting Amazon to provide authorization for a retrocharge, however the buyer hasn't provided that confirmation.
As much as I would love to help you with the retrocharge, it's our policies that the buyer gives explicit consent to make the charge again, this should be done by the buyer to contact Amazon or to give you the consent via the buyer-seller messaging system.
This is the only way we can go ahead and reverse the refund. As soon as you have the confirmation, please let me know, so I can further assist.
Regards,
