New Seller Listings Aren't Eligible for Featured Offer. Why? And How to change it?

I created my seller account 2 days ago. My listings are active but Aren't Eligible for Featured Offer. I've contacted customer service about 10 times to figure out what is wrong. Every single time I got this message:

"We’re not able to discuss all the factors that determine Featured Offer Eligibility, but here are some tips to help increase the chance of your offers being eligible:

• Provide great customer service

• Ensure product authenticity and quality

• Prevent chargeback claims

Review the Amazon product authenticity and quality page and chargebacks for more information. Selling Partner Support will not be able to provide any further information. "

This message doesn't make any sense because:

• "Listings that are Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) are automatically eligible to win the Offer Display Featured Offer". I CAN’T HAVE FBA BECAUSE THIS IS PERSONALIZED PRODUCT MADE ON DEMAND

"Only Professional selling accounts are eligible for the Featured Offer". I HAVE IT

•"Provide great customer service" HOW?!? CAN'T PROVIDE IT BECAUSE I CAN'T SELL ANYTHING

• "Ensure product authenticity and quality". MY PRODUCTS ARE AUTHENTIC: They are custom ornaments

• "Prevent chargeback claim"s SAME THING: HOW?!? CAN'T PROVIDE IT BECAUSE I CAN'T SELL ANYTHING.

There are a lot of sellers including some of my friends who sell custom ornaments for the same or higher price and same shipping price. They didn't have issues with being Eligible for Featured Offer.

So it must be some glitch or something wrong in the listings that I can't fix because no one from customer service could help.

Can please someone help me with it issue? Thank you in advance.

you are new and have no history.

If your items are custom then you are the only seller on the listing anyway.

What have you done to advertise your products so people will want and look for them?

The are over 90,000 ornaments on Amazon

The overriding issue is that you are new. The Featured Offer, or Buy Box (BB), is Amazon's way of telling a customer "This is an offer that we feel confident will satisfy you". So it includes things such as price, but also assurance that your listings are accurate, and that you will ship on time. Until you've had at least a few sales, Amazon has nothing to base that on.

Having the BB is not a requirement for making a sale. It certainly makes it easier, but you can still get sales without it.

IMPORTANT. Do NOT, under any circumstances, have close friends or family purchase your item in order to get sales. Amazon WILL find out, and you will lose your account forever for sales rank manipulation.

The overriding issue is that you are new. The Featured Offer, or Buy Box (BB), is Amazon's way of telling a customer "This is an offer that we feel confident will satisfy you". So it includes things such as price, but also assurance that your listings are accurate, and that you will ship on time. Until you've had at least a few sales, Amazon has nothing to base that on.

Having the BB is not a requirement for making a sale. It certainly makes it easier, but you can still get sales without it.

IMPORTANT. Do NOT, under any circumstances, have close friends or family purchase your item in order to get sales. Amazon WILL find out, and you will lose your account forever for sales rank manipulation.
