Return address is a PO Box, but all labels are now UPS?!
I have my return address setup as a PO Box because I was getting hit with residential surcharge with the UPS labels that Amazon was providing. All has been well for the last 6+ months until this last week. Now they are using UPS labels and still using my PO Box and UPS is redirecting them to me. I am very concerned about the adjustment charges that I will incur from this. Can anyone help?

I don't have the same problem as you however I have noticed the last couple of months when shipping FBM Amazon is allowing us to buy shipping for PO boxes via UPS. We have two returned by UPS stating it's a PO box and can't deliver. Previously we haven't been able to buy UPS shipping for PO boxes shipping FBM.
