Prime exclusive discount - reference price error for ASINs sold in last 90 days
I have 3 ASINs with sales in last 90 days (1 ASIN has 14 sales) . these ASINs has Reference Price Errors in the PEDs.
The last few times I have had this error, I have contacted seller support with an Order ID and they have fixed the error. This time the rep said "The system determines the reference price based on sales , the number of sales may not be enough hence we cannot do anything."
While its no secret that Amazon has started bullying its seller, Amazon becoming a black box and SS telling that "Its handled by the system we have no idea about " is scary ! I need help with resolving the issue and would appreciate if this issue can be resolved. The Case ID is : 16320244481

Thank you for being a part of the forums!
For this particular case it seems the system has not been able yet to validate the List Price you recently provided, once this happens you will have a reference price on your listings.
In the meantime, you can try other ways to promote your products such as Coupons or Promotions that are not subject to the reference price validation.
I'm also adding theReference Price guidelines for future reference.
