Buyer used freight forwarder! Amazon gave them...

A return label to ship from another country!

We only ship to United States. Buyer used freight forwarder in NJ and claimed item was damaged. Amazon provided buyer return label to ship from another country on November 26th. It received a scan on November 28th, no more scans since.

Buyer filed A-Z claim for refund on December 8th. Amazon granted full refund on December 9th.

Multiple issues here.

Big issues, I dealt with this earlier this year, a moderator here was able to help me get reimbursed by Amazon - here is a link to the freight forwarder policy.
