Customer opened a return under the reason No Longer Needed
and Amazon issued a refund including $12.50 he was charged for expedited shipping.
I have never had this issue. is this normal? Why would the customer get a refund for the shipping to him. This is BS

You can open a SAFE-T claim for reason Other and state that the outbound shipping shouldn't have been retunded because it was delivered on time, and they should reimburse you.
