New account deactivation

Dear Amazon team,

Need your support. I opened a new account in Amazon USA on company detail recently. Meanwhile my first inventory is in completion stage, Amazon deactivate my account saying that my account is linked with another account name "X".

This "X" is not an account to best of my knowledge but the name of store that I chose at time of account creation but I later changed to another store name "Y"

I am trying to explain this point to Amazon but not getting any answer except built-in statement that "We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time"!

I need support from a reliable Amazon representative to sort this issue where I am not on mistake at all and not getting any answer except a general statement. Please help me.

From what you have shared so far, this definitely sounds like your US store is deactivated due to one of your global stores, that has been restricted.

To identify which region is deactivated I suggest to visit the global selling help page and utilize the chart to click on stores from different regions. This will allow you to access those store's seller central pages so you can further review to identify the main concern.

For example:

I suggest to select United Kingdom from the region chart above (located in the global selling help page I linked above) and log into that store. If you find that the store is deactivated, then likely the entire region is deactivated as well. Please visit the performance notification section to learn why the store is deactivated and what is required to address the concern. You may repeat this process by selecting the Japan store and addressing any outstanding account issues, to prevent further impact to your North American region (US, CA, MX).

Once the affected store/region is reactivated, you may appeal in the US store confirming this. From there, your US store will be eligible for reinstatement. If you do not intend to sell in any of those regions at this time, you may put each store on vacation mode after they have been reactivated.
