Brand name was changed - is there any way to help change it back?
My products have been sold since 2019, and I have never edited and changed my listing since 2023, but the brand name of my products was changed to someone else's brand in 2024.
I have tried many times to create a case application to restore my brand through seller support, and communicated with seller support staff, but none of them can help me solve the problem. (Case ID:15864008301)
I just want to sell my products well in Amazon, but now my brand has been changed, and I can't edit my own products. @Sandy_Amazon@Dougal_Amazon are you able to offer assistance? thanks a lot.

My name is Sandy from the Community manager team here on forums.
I looked into the case and ASIN information and have a few questions.
When looking at the ASIN history, it shows that the ASIN was created by you back in December of 2019. However the brand name it was created under is LO***O. (full brand name hidden for security)
I see in the case you provided you mention a different brand name CH**N. Could you confirm on if you wanted to change this back to LO***O or CH**N?
LO***O is not under brand registry, and I see that CH**N is registered. If you want to change it to the brand name CH**N, we can not support Brand Name changes in this case due to Amazon Brand Name policy, and we ask sellers to create a new listing.
Would you confirm the direction you wanted to take?

The internal teams I escalated to has corrected the brand attribute on the ASIN you reported. They have also sent the Seller you reported appropriate communication.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the changes to fully reflect. If the issue persists and/or the changes are not visible after the 24-hour period, then please let me know.

I received updates from the brand team I escalated to and they have manually synced the ASIN again.
I see the changes reflected on your product detail page too. It could take 24 hours for the full data to fully connect but hope this was helpful!
