I have valid charges method. when Amazon pays me for monthly fees i's not immediately payable and goes to pending status as per bank policy. Dring pending status my account come under restriction and not accessible unless the pending amount release from banke. I would Like to know about the solution for this problem.

Your question is a little confusing.
Are you saying when Amazon pays YOU for the proceeds for your sale? It normally takes a few days for mine to hit my bank account, but it makes no difference to my Amazon selling account.
Or are you saying when you pay AMAZON the monthly or other fees on your credit card? I'm not sure why that would go to "Pending", but I've always had enough funds in my Amazon account that they have never charged my CC.
