Hello,
So it seems you violated Section 3 and normally there is no solution for this. If they requested you write a Plan of Action (POA) then you will have to write a detailed POA acknowledging your mistake and stating why it was wrong, how and why it happened and to make sure it never happens again.
However, I see that English is not your first language so writing a POA (if that is an option) will require planning and will require a lot of proof reading which this forum might be able to help with to revise but not to write. I don’t see any solution here for you.
If they send you a notice, paste the complete notice and we can probably tell you the very same thing I am saying now. It is too late and there is nothing to be done.

1 drop shipping issue is a big problem, much less 3. There is basically no path forward for you on amazon, FBM or FBA. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Unfortunately, learning and studying Seller University should have been your first step before you
even attempted to start listing and selling products.
Amazon used to allow sellers who violated their Drop Shipping Policy to be reinstated on the condition that they only sell using FBA, but that option no longer is offered.
Amazon has zero tolerance for drop-shipping violators unless you can prove with concrete evidence that you did not violate policy. Sorry but it’s too late, you’ll have to find a different platform to sell on.
