Hello,

Please, review my appeal and give me some feedback.

I've got the account deactivation and I submitted multiple POA and the last one was

Dear Seller Performance Team,

I am the principal of ......, writing to appeal the deactivation of my seller account due to using a non-authorized supplier. I am not requesting reinstatement of the ASIN _________.

Root Cause

• I mistakenly listed _____________________ (ASIN ________), assuming the supplier was authorized to sell the product and could provide valid supply chain documents.

• I do not have resale rights as my supplier is not an acceptable distributor of BRAND to convey resale rights.

This occurred because I did not verify the supplier's authorization to sell the Windex product and their brand resale rights. I accept responsibility for this violation.

Issue Resolution

I have taken the following steps:

• Deleted the listing (ASIN __________) since I cannot prove a valid supply chain and my supplier cannot convey the resale rights.

• Contacted the BRAND brand and obtained a list of authorized distributors, confirming my current supplier is not on the list.

• Opened a wholesale account with an authorized distributor from the BRAND brand list, ______.

• Reviewed all of Amazon's Supply Chain Standards and Responsible Sourcing documentation requirements.

• Reviewed Amazon's product authenticity and quality policy.

• Established a more authentic sourcing process by contacting brands or manufacturers directly for authorized distributor lists.

• Suspended sourcing items if I could not verify the supply chain.

• Stopped sourcing items from liquidators.

• Reviewed Amazon's valid invoice requirements.

Issue Prevention

The actions I took in the Issue Resolution section will prevent issues from happening in the future.

Per the title of your thread and this information, I understand you have questions regarding your account and supply chain verification.

I suggest looking over the different requires as found in this seller performance review and responsible sourcing documentation pages. Do your documents match these requirements?

Even if the documents meet those requirements, they do still need to be verified and validated.
