Listing images smaller compared to others on desktop

My images look smaller compared to competitors.

I've chatted with an agent and was told to only include the bottle or the box in my hero image but I've checked other listings and they have both the box and the bottle.

I've tried all sizes and resolution but I can't seem to figure out the problem. I've reuploaded my image (1500*1500 px/ 300 DPI) and I'm waiting for it to get updated but I want to know if anyone has any tips on how to make images appear bigger.

Also, the images are losing quality, I've tried exporting (Save for web legacy) but nothing seems to work out.

Also, i'm facing the same issue with my A+ content images quality

I wanted to check in with you to see if you were able to update your image quality on your listing? I saw that you contacted support a few days ago on CASE ID ending in 6151 and they provided you with image quality tips and tricks in the chat you had.

Did their information help resolve your issue? Please advise if you were able to successfully update your photos to your liking. Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

The team got back to me and let me know that at this time the images are appearing as they should be. The main image could be submitted at a larger size but each displays perfectly sharp when being viewed. Previously, sellers reported having image issues however the quality was possibly affected by the device being used to view the page. There unfortunately is not a way at this time to make all images on Amazon display perfectly on all devices.

I know this is not the news that you were hoping for but at least we were able to have a second pair of eyes review the case. Please let me know if you have any questions about the outcome of this case. Have a lovely rest of the week.
