One of my Matcha product was delisted, please help
My matcha product was delisted and has been unsellable condition for more than 1 month. no sales.
(at FBA warehouse)
I registered the product as Tea>Green tea> matcha, but the system requests me to submit documents for a SUPPLIMENT (for weight loss)
I checked all the words and pictures in the listings, but we do not mention anything about WEIGHT LOSS.
I contacted seller support many times, but all I received as a reply were exactly the same templates with the same links to submit documents for the WEIGHT LOSS SUPPLEMENT.
I finally could contact a person from Amazon seller support, but he/she said to me,
'the fastest way is to cancel the ASIN and make another one.'
(without telling me what makes the product being delisted)
I think, if I follow the instruction, my FBA stocks will be destroyed, and review for the products will go....
( am I correct?)
This situation is so frustrating. No reason, no solution, I received.
Please help me.

I'm sorry you have had this issue with your product. I would like to investigate to see what options, if any, exist. Please reply with your most recent Seller Support Case on this issue and I will review.
Please note given the age of your issue, your inventory may be subject to required removals because it is has been unavailable for an extended period. I would recommend that you have set your "Automated Unfulfillable" settings set up in a way that ensures the product is returned to you rather than being disposed.
