We are dealing with a serious issue where Amazon’s FBA has sent used products or wrong product variations to our customers, leading to unfair negative reviews. Despite opening multiple cases (IDs listed below) and reporting this issue countless times, the reviews still remain.

I'm reaching out here because it seems that support has not yet acknowledged the matter. During bin check they checks only one unit at all (case id's 14627358311 , 14428346181 , 14428346181 , 14428466241 , 123071982410

But we have been closely monitoring reviews, receiving feedback from customers, receiving messages with complaints from customers and tracking the NCX rate. So we noticed that Amazon has applied FBA stickers that do not match the correct product variations. This issue has been ongoing for quite some time with multiple products on different amazon marketplaces.

We ask for the moderators’ assistance in resolving this problem and removing these unjust reviews.
