Suddenly getting FBM orders from Canada and Mexico
For both of our businesses. Did Amazon change something? How do we turn off FBM in Canada and Mexico? When I set inventory to 0, it sets US inventory to 0 also. Any advise would be much appreciated.

Did you put those markets on Vacation mode?

Assuming you are talking about orders placed through those platforms (as opposed to international orders placed through the dot com site) -- remove all inventory from both platforms -- both active and inactive listings.
Disable synchronization (BIL) and then put both of them on vacation. Also periodically check to make sure Amazon has not sabotaged you by adding listings to those platforms.

There are two possible ways for this to happen. If they are ordering from the .ca or .mx site, follow the advice from April.
If they are ordering from the .com site (yes, people in other countries can do that; just as you can order from .uk or other Amazon sites), you need to disable international shipping in your shipping templates.

Hi @Seller_cQoeFyGQkQDbF,
Thank you for reaching out!
I'm so happy to see that other sellers chimed in here to help guide you to the right direction. Just to confirm, were you able to follow the steps provided to either set those regions on vacation mode or disable international shipping?
If you haven't made these adjustments already, here are resources that will provide additional instructions:
- You can read how to change the vacation status right here.
- You can read how to disable international shipping right here.
If you need any additional assistance on this, please let me know!
All the best,
Jameson
