Festool is filing false trademark infringement complaints to suppress our competing aftermarket product
My company manufactures and sells a replacement perforated top for Festool MFT tables, and we have always been extremely careful to use the brand name Festool within policy (for example, Replacement MFT Top Compatible with Festool MFT/3 Tables). We never just use the brand name by itself, only phrased as "Compatible with Festool ______". This is entirely within policy, but Festool has been filing flagrant trademark claims to suppress our listings since we are competing with them. We always get our listing turned back on, but Amazon says we have to remove ALL instances of the brand in order to do so. This of course means we suffer in search since we can't properly state what our product fits.
This completely goes against common sense and Amazon's own policy, and there are hundreds of examples of other manufacturers selling products as attachments or modifiers to Festool tools using Festool in their titles and bullet points (a lot aren't even formatted within policy) that do not get reported, I believe it's solely the fact that we are competing driving them to file these false claims.
Is there any way to reach someone at Amazon that can stop this bullying? We just want to be able to use the brand name within policy to state what our product is compatible with/meant to replace. You can search Amazon for the phrase "compatible with Festool" to see countless examples of other products using the brand in their title within policy just as we were.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Have your legal department send a cease and desist letter to Festool
