OTP not working and I have to verify my account
I tried multiple times to open verification page and verify my account but OTP won't work. Opened a case - got an unrelated copy-paste reply; then emailed jeff@amazon.com, got a reply I should open a case. So to anyone working on amazon reading this, please step up. My business is going to be shut down if someone doesn't help, and the families I feed are going to be out of money.

Can you give more details?
Are you not receiving the sms message on your phone? Have you checked your contact info to verify it's correct under your Notification Preferences? Click edit to make sure you have the correct country/area code assigned.
If it's not related to the sms have you tried clearing your browser cache, restarting your computer, and making sure your system is up to date?

Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on the frustration that this may have caused. We have experienced a great deal of errors during the verification process. Please see the most recent and up to date post on the Inform Act and verification process for reference.
I also advice to open a seller support case. Please share with me the case id number in this thread so that I may investigate and get this escalated for you.
