UPS adjust all the return shipping label fee to Hawaii. 30$ to 70$ additional charged on each package.
I am in Hawaii. In the last few months. All my UPS return labels fee will adjust by UPS.
Here is one of the adjustment.
"The shipping services purchased for the package did not match the carrier-reported charge for shipping the package:
Customer Entered Dimensions: 15 X 11 X 10 IN
Weight: 112 OZ
Carrier Audited Dimensions: 15 X 11 X 10 IN
Weight: 7 LB
Other chargeback

Amount already paid:
$7.34
Total Charge from Carrier
-$73.18
Transaction Total
-$65.84
Customer used same box to return the item and even the audited package size and weight is the same. Then 65.84$ additional charged happen on my account. I have contacted customer service, they transferred my case and never give me a reply. Is it possible used UPS only when Amazon created a return label? Some of my order value is only around 20$, but UPS charged me 30$ on adjustment fee. All these charge will destroy Hawaii seller's business. Please help me, thank you!

Prepaid return shipping services
UPS and USPS provide all return shipping for seller-fulfilled orders through Buy Shipping services. USPS labels will be issued for most items under one pound. UPS Ground labels will be issued for 1 to 90 lb.
Sellers do not have the option to modify the shipping service selected for return labels or to opt out of the prepaid return label program.
I will reach out to our partner team to find out why those charges were not originally calculated for that return label and were instead added as a carrier adjustment.
