Making Handmade Item But handmade Application Denied !

I make handmade products, I am proving it is handmade with pictures and videos, however my application denied and snows "MANUAL REVIEW NEEDED" in the subject line. After reading so many forums etc, I believed I could apply again in 6 months, well, here we are, I tried a couple days ago and the application won't even go through since it says " you've already submitted a application and it is being reviewed" I made a mistake on my application of posting pictures of my handmade item being done, not pictures of the handmade item being worked on. I emailed about my mistake and stressed that I would like to reapply or dispute. The email I received stated I cannot ever apply again or dispute it?! Has anyone had this problem? Thank you.

Please help i have also opened so many case but Amazon seller support close their close formally without resolving my problem. Please help me to approve handmade.

Hello @Seller_Qx65ZHciUJ5xY.

Can you please give some more details about your Handmade application?

What was the specific message you received from the Handmade team denying your application?

If you can provide a Case ID or other details I can take a look, but please note that the decision of that team is final.

Hey! @Seller_Qx65ZHciUJ5xY, sorry for the delayed response.

You can appeal your application, here's the information:

"What actions do I need to take?

If you feel we have made an error in our decision or you sell other hand-crafted items, we would be happy to reconsider your application. Please email the following information to handmade-appeal@amazon.com.

1. A detailed description of your production process.

a. What production processes/methods are used in creating your items?

b. What is your design process?

c. Where are your items crafted?

- Are you crafting the items you sell by yourself, or with others?

- If with others, how many? What are they responsible for?

- Are they family and friends that are not being paid?

- Employees that receive a regular paycheck from you?

- Contractors that are responsible for some of the production?

- If contractors, what percentage of the production are they responsible for?

d. How long does it take to create an item, after it has been designed?

e. What is the final product you are creating?

2. The number of people contributing to the production of your items and their roles.

3. The number of items you can produce in a week.

4. Three to five photos or video that show the production process for items you intend to list.

Note: We cannot accept links to images or videos stored in personal, cloud storage sites such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive.

a. Each image or video must clearly display your business card or feature your business name or logo; for example, in the background or on envelope; so that we can verify image authenticity. Digital watermarks or logos will not be accepted.

b. If the photos are for existing Amazon listings you have, note the ASINs of those items.

5. Any additional details you would like us to know to better understand your business or craft.

Once we receive your information, you should receive an email response from us within five business days.

What happens to my Amazon Selling Account?

Your Amazon Selling account remains intact and you are welcome to list products in other Amazon categories, but not in Amazon Handmade.

Note that we are only able to waive the Professional selling plan fee on accounts that have been approved to sell in Amazon Handmade and you will see this fee charged to your account on your next billing cycle. You may downgrade your account to an Individual selling plan, if you wish to avoid a monthly fee.
