Has anyone here filed a small claims lawsuit for lost inventory that they refuse to reimburse?
It’s pretty much all in the tittle. It’s been around six months since they lost/stole like 50% of one of one of my shipment. It was a box of several SKUs in random quantities and literally half the stuff went missing. They’ve been giving me the run around, asking me for proof of ownership (invoices) seven million times, jerking me around and attempting to screw me over this whole time. I’ve just about had it with this nonsense and I’m looking into filing a small claims lawsuit to recover my losses. Has anyone had experience with this sort of thing?
