I posted the following issues two months ago and recently discovered that an Amazon employee responded to it. I didn't receive an email or notification about it, and the post has been locked, so I can't reply to them. Is there any Amazon employee who can assist me? My account has been deactivated for two months, and I'm unable to work on it.
Below are my responses to the questions the employee asked;
- I have checked the account information, but there is no path for submission.
- This is where (Account Info) I also submitted my details.
- Over the past two days, I reviewed my tax information and completed the tax interview document by signing it.
- I also reviewed my business information and updated my phone number.
Please help me out!
