Joining a Listing - Same product, Different Label
Hello all,
I have a few products i would like to sell on amazon. Specifically, i would like to join currently existing listings. But i have one potential issue, my label is different from the product currently selling on amazon. It is the same product, they just may have had a rebrand recently. Can i join a listing if my label is different from the image on the currently existing listing? or will that pose issues?

Is the listing already listed by a brand or is it generic?

Michelle with the Community Manager team here. I have read your concern regarding adding your product to a listing with a different label than what yours shows. You item must exactly match what is listed on the site or customers may think that your product is a counterfeit item. If you know that the detail page previously showed your label and the other seller changed it, please create a case to Seller Support so they can investigate the listing as any changes to the brand or the packaging requires a new ASIN to be created instead of changing the existing product.
