If the Customer cancels the item it does not affect you metrics

Thank you for the information provided regarding the concerns over the cancelled order. If it is the customer that is taking this action, you should not see an impact to any of the metrics. The seller will have 30 minutes after the order is placed to cancel before they have to request a cancellation from you.
