Tax ID Verification madness
All of this INFORM stuff is driving me crazy. I can't verify my TAX ID number. I have submitted all of the documents and waited like 8 days now and nothing, in the meantime everything else got verified. I even recieved the postcard in the mail to verify my business address and my TAX ID wasn't even looked at! The Amazon Seller Support is trash! I have opened the same case about my issue like 10 times but I am receiving the same generic answer almost every time.
Is anyone else going through the same madness?

I understand you are having issues with the INFORM Consumers Act verification process for your tax identification number.
As @buh_buh_bacon stated, you are not the only person facing this issue if this is related to the technical aspect. There were a number of sellers who were facing issues with getting their documents submitted. Though if you situation it seems as though this is more about your documentation being looked over. Is this the first time you have submitted the documentation?
Once you fill out the form and add your document to the form, you must make sure to type in your full name as a signature then submit the form. Did you have errors when submitting the documents?
I would also urge you to be accessing Seller Central on your computer in order to have full access to each page necessary, if you are not already.
